WESTERN Region US Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking a self-motivated, results oriented Major Accounts
Sales Manager for an industry-leading company experiencing rapid
growth. In this exciting position, you will have overall sales
responsibility for a designated territory, primarily responsible for
driving revenues and profitable growth by identifying, qualifying and
closing client sales.
Will also be responsible for growing the territory via increased
channels to market, developing and maintaining strategic relationships
with Service Providers and OEM’s.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive increase in revenues and market share in account base by
ensuring an effective and proactive approach is taken toward all
business opportunities;
- Develop and manage key strategic accounts – primarily OEMs and Service Providers - to maximize full sales opportunities;
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with current customers;
- Manage multiple sales opportunities through the use of CRM tools;
- Introduction of new products and services from Kavveri Telecom
Products Limited and other Kavveri subsidiaries in designated territory.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7
years of directly related sales experience in the high technology
sector, preferably in the wireless telecommunications sector;
- Solid understanding of RF including wireless broadband,
public spectrum Inbuilding technologies, RF filters markets,
technologies, competitors and channels;
- A proven track record in major account development and successful sales performance in the sale of complex accounts;
- Identify, monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts in
a predictable, consistent and discipline, for future sales and revenue
levels;
- Exceptional drive; passion; and outstanding verbal, written
and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with all
levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients, are a must;
- Must be self-motivated, well organized and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Position requires extensive travel;
